Programme Overview

The Reward Programme (“Programme”) is a limited-period promotional initiative conducted by Kärcher Cleaning Systems Private Limited (“Kärcher India”) to encourage customers to share genuine reviews of its products.

Eligibility

Participation in the Programme is voluntary and open to individuals who:

• Are residents of India, adults and legally competent to contract;

• Have purchased and used a Kärcher product; and

• Voluntarily submit a genuine and verifiable review in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Kärcher India reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Rewards and Gratifications

• Any gratification, discounts, or rewards offered in exchange for submitting a product review are promotional, discretionary and subject to stock availability.

• Kärcher India holds the sole, absolute and unconditional right to modify the offer value, substitute the reward with an item of equivalent value, or reject claims based on stock availability, jurisdictional constraints, regulatory changes, or any other reasonable cause, without prior notice to the extent permitted under applicable law.

• Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies on the rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

Review Verification and Content Rights

• Participants must submit a valid screenshot or proof of their product review posted on a third-party platform/website or as otherwise specified.

• All submitted review screenshots are subject to verification for authenticity and compliance. We reserve the right to reject any review submission that violates third-party website guidelines or rights, is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, duplicated, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

• By submitting your review screenshot, you grant Kärcher India a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, publish, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute the submitted review content on official website and social media channels for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Any personal data shall be processed or used and may be anonymised in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and Kärcher India’s Privacy Policy.

Disclosure Requirement

Participants agree to comply with applicable advertising and endorsement guidelines, including those issued by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). Where applicable, participants must clearly disclose that the review is part of an incentivised or promotional programme (e.g., “#Ad”, “#Sponsored”, or “#Incentivised”).

Offer Revocation

This reward program is a limited-time campaign. The Company reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or revoke the campaign entirely at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Furthermore, if any fraud, misrepresentation, ineligibility, or non-compliance is detected at any stage, including post reward issuance, the Company reserves the right to revoke any issued rewards or benefits and recover the value thereof, where applicable, without any further liability.
