Where to find your serial number
Here's where you can find the silver label with your products details on it based on the machine you have. Your part number will be an 8-digit number written in the format (1.XXX-XXX.0). Your serial number will be a 5/6 digit number. e.g. S/N:123456.

- Your machines details will be located on the machines silver data plate at the base of the machine.
- Window Vac 2-6
- Your machines information will be located behind the machines water tank. To locate this, you will need to remove the machines suction nozzle and pop out the tank.
- Pressure Washers
- The silver label for your pressure washer will be located either on the back or base of your machine. If your machine has a detergent tank, this may be located behind here.
- Hard Floor Cleaners
- The silver data plate for hard floor cleaners & electric wiping mops will be located either behind the removable detergent tank or the underside of the roller cover. If you have an FC 4-4, this may be located underneath the handle.
- Wet and Dry Vacuums
- The silver label on your Wet and Dry Vacuum can be found on the back or base of your machine.
- Steam Cleaners
- If you have an Upright Steam Cleaner, the silver label will be found behind the clean water tank. For all other steam cleaner models, this can be found on the base of your machine.
- Spray Extraction
- If you have the SE 4001, the silver label can be found on the back or base of your machine. It could also be located behind the clean water tank. If you have the SE Compact, this can be found on the base of your machine.
- Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
- Your silver label can be found on the body of your machine where the removable battery connects.
- Garden Tools
- Your silver label can be found where the battery connects to the machine. The label may be white on Garden Tools.
