Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Kärcher, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellation, replacement, return and product-related concerns.

1. Delivery Information

All products ordered from the official Kärcher Online Shop (https://shopkarcherindia.com/) are shipped directly from our warehouse to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location. Please note that no compensation is provided if delivery takes longer than the estimated time.

2. No Returns Policy

Please note that we do not accept return once an order has been delivered. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully prior to purchase.

However, in certain cases, replacements are permitted under the conditions outlined below. If the below conditions are not met, Karcher has the right to reject such claims.

3. Replacement Conditions

Replacement is allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Replacement requests of equal or higher invoice value are accepted.
     Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
    The product must be unused, in its original packaging and contain all original materials included with the shipment

  • The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
    - Replacement requests shall be processed by our service team subject to stock availability and verification by our service team. The Company reserves the right to reject the replacement request.

4. Reporting Product Issues

4.1 Products (Other than Detergent or Chemicals)

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order


- Damaged product received;
- Missing part of product/spare parts inside the box;
- Incomplete order (please note: certain items may be shipped separately);
- Defective product received; or
-   quality concerns


4.2 Detergent or Chemical Products
You must notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery if the container is damaged.

No return or cancellation is accepted if the Product seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

For any other exigencies, Karcher will proceed in accordance with our management policies, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Replacement/Raise a Concern

Provide Order Details: Share your order number and serial number (6-digit code located on the machine).
Submit Evidence: We shall request photos of the product or packaging to validate your claim or proper video, on a case-by-case basis.

For any other exigencies, Karcher will proceed in accordance with our management policies, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

6. Purchases from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to products purchased through the official Kärcher Online Shop (https://shopkarcherindia.com/).
If your product was purchased through another retailer or authorised distributor, dealer or any other Marketplace, please get in touch with them directly to process your return or replacement or raise a concern as per their policy.
